Skin Resurfacing (Lutronic UltraMD)

The Lutronic Ultra LaseMD can be done on the face, neck or chest and can treat mild to moderate: Age spots, Acne, Freckles, Sunspots, Benign Pigmented Lesions, Actinic Keratosis (Precancerous Lesions).

How it works:

The Lutronic Ultra laser creates tiny thermal zones in the skin prompting the body to quickly generate new tissue. This is done with a 1927nm laser that works both on and below the skin surface enough to stimulate new collagen production without causing discomfort or effecting daily routines or lifestyle. Full healing may take 5-7 days and a slight peeling may occur.

Treatments:

All procedures are performed in office by Dr. Eriksen or Carol Rodriguez, APN-BC. Immediately following the treatment, you will notice some redness which lessens over the following days as your skin starts the processes of rejuvenation. Every patient that gets a treatment should take home a serum specific to the targeted problem and apply it daily between sessions. Treatments can be done once a month depending on the expectations and outcome of each treatment.
